The original oil painting, 24 x 30 entitled Sunshine Blooms, was painted by Eryn Tehan, in December 2019. 
 
Wildflowers sunbathe on a hot day in the Timberline Wilderness and rustle in the dry heat of a short, but thankful breeze. The brief wind lifts a distinctive smell of hot pines, and volcanic soil, that settles heavy on the air. Mt. Hood stands commanding in the distance, it’s glaciers, once still and ridged, now rush with the force and freedom of a river, that feeds life in the valley, miles away.
