Sunfire Bouquet

The afternoon is growing hot at the Portland Rose Garden. The roses soak up the light, each moment, growing in intensity as if they are siphoning color from the sun itself. Their petals and leaves are hot to the touch as the air surrounds them, and they seem ablaze in the intensity of the heat.
