Evening Reflection
The original oil painting, 24 x 30 entitled Evening Reflections, was painted by Eryn Tehan, in January 2020.
Mt. Hood casts it's reflection in the rippling waters at Lost Lake in the Mt. Hood Wilderness. The colors of sunset and water clash together, making beautiful waves of color. The light from a warm summer sun fades behind the mountain, casting shades of orange, yellow and purple in the sky, and illuminating the snow and jagged volcanic rocks in hues of orange, red, pink and yellow.
